Orders
Why are some products Made to Order?
Made to Order products are created from scratch any time it is ordered. This is to ensure that every piece is created perfectly for each customer. Is it our way of making it special for you every time.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check your status by logging into your account. If you are having issues accessing your account, please email us.
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
Please try to send an email to us within 24 hours.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! You can write in the notes section when you order if you would like gift wrapping and the price redacted from the invoice.
Can I expedite a Made to Order item?
Unfortunately, all Made to Order items will take at least 2-3 weeks in production. The only thing that can be expedited is the shipping time once it's finished. An expedited shipping option will be available at checkout.
Do you offer insurance on jewelry?
We stand by the quality of the jewelry. We currently don't offer insurance; however, we will repair any jewelry with clear production issues on jewelry within 1 year after delivery.
Do you have financing options?
We offer payment plans through Shop Pay, Affirm, and AfterPay at checkout.
For bespoke or custom jewelry, we can offer case by case financing. Please inquire before the design process begins.
Shipping
What are your domestic and international shipping options?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on US orders over $200 before taxes.
Standard (est. 5-7 business days)
Rates will be calculated and appear at checkout.
Please note: items that are labeled Preorder or Made to Order will still take an additional 3-4 weeks of production.
Expedited (2 Day and Next Day)
These options are only available for In Stock items.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
All shipping options have insurance included.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we can ship to your PO box through USPS only.
How do I add a signature requirement upon delivery?
All shipments above $500 will automatically include a delivery signature requirement. If you would like to add signature requirement to any other delivery for a small fee, email us before you make your purchase.
My order never showed up. What do I do?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If your package goes missing, please notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for missing packages that are marked delivered by the carrier, so we strongly recommend choosing a location that is secure. If you need to change your shipping location after you've placed an order, email us as soon as possible. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
Returns & Repairs
What is your return policy?
All Ready to Ship and Made to Order jewelry is eligible for an exchange or credit up to 7 days after it has been delivered/received by purchaser. All items must be unused/unworn and must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Email us within the 7 days to qualify and you will receive a return label and directions on how to send it back. All postage fees will be subtracted from the total credit.
All custom, bespoke, and sale orders are final sale. Gift cards are final sale.
How long will it take to receive my exchange item or credit?
As soon as we receive the returned item, it will take about 1-3 business days for the exchange be mailed out or the credit to be emailed.
What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
Oh no! We take time to pack your jewelry so that it is secured during its journey to you. Please email us immediately with a photo and description of the damage.
Do you offer repairs on jewelry?
Email us for any inquiries on repairing Jodie jewelry.
I received jewelry as a gift. Can I exchange it?
Any gifted original jewelry can be exchanged for jewelry or credit, unless it is a custom or bespoke jewelry piece. Email us with a photo of your item and the purchaser's name and we'll let you know if it is eligible.
Miscellaneous
Was your brand called something else before?
Yes! In 2014, Jodie Guirey was originally GREY Jewelry, then GREYDIEM. It's been a long road, but Jodie is now a grown up version of those brands.
When do you have pop ups and in person events?
Please check the Events page, follow @jodiestudio on Instagram, and sign up for the mailing list for all upcoming events.
Is your jewelry sold at any brick & mortar shops?
We currently only sell jewelry exclusively on this website and at any events that are announced. If you are interested in selling Jodie at your store, please email us.
